Beta Software Notice: AI MIDI VST is currently in beta development. The software is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior. Features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change without notice. By using this software, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
1. Terms
By accessing and using AI MIDI VST, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to download one copy of AI MIDI VST for personal use. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our software without explicit permission.
3. User Content and Rights
By submitting, uploading, or using any MIDI, audio files, or other content with our service ("Submission"), you represent and warrant that you have, or have obtained, all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, power and/or authority necessary to submit and use (and allow us to use) such Submission. You retain all rights to your content, but grant us the necessary rights to process and use your content to provide our services.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on AI MIDI VST's website and software are provided on an 'as is' basis. AI MIDI VST makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
5. Limitations
In no event shall AI MIDI VST or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use AI MIDI VST and its materials, even if AI MIDI VST or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
6. API Usage
Users are responsible for their own API keys and any associated costs when using their own keys. When using our subscription service, usage is subject to the limits and terms of the selected plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate API access at any time.
7. Privacy & Data
When using AI MIDI VST, you acknowledge that your MIDI data and prompts may be processed by third-party AI services according to your configuration choices.
8. Updates and Changes
During the beta period, we may update or change the software frequently. These updates may modify, add, or remove features. We will strive to communicate significant changes, but reserve the right to make changes without notice.
